amazing quality friendly host poor labelling indifferent staff
The quality at all restaurants was amazing! i particularly enjoyed the lobby bar.
I found the labelling in the buffet area to be poor. It was difficult to identify vegetarian options. some staff members seemed indifferent. I often waited while they finished conversations before serving customers.

Excellent Adults-Only Getaway
attentive service culinary experience high hygiene standards
I found the service very attentive, meeting my needs promptly. The variety of dining options was excellent. I enjoyed several meals at the a la carte restaurants, each providing a unique culinary experience. The premises are super clean, a great thing. I noticed the cleaning staff maintained high hygiene standards throughout my stay.
The check-in process was slower than expected. I had to wait a bit longer before getting my room.

The hotel features seven swimming pools. I noticed ample sun loungers available at each location. A well-equipped gym offers a variety of machines and weights. There is a wide range of bars offering many drinks all day.
